Ted and Charlene Williams have served in the gospel ministry for over 30 years. They were first active in youth ministry, gospel music ministry, and singles ministry before Ted accepted the call to full time ministry in 1991. After graduating from Luther Rice Seminary and being ordained into the Gospel ministry in 1993, Ted served churches both as education and singles minister, interim pastor, interim music minister, and then as senior pastor at Snow Memorial Baptist Church in Johnson City, Tennessee. He came as senior pastor at Abney Memorial in May of 2005.

Doug, a Mississippi native, currently resides in Easley, SC along with Laura (his wife of four years) and his two sons, Jackson & Dylan. He has been involved in ministry since the age of 17 serving churches in Texas, Arkansas, and Mississippi.
In addition to leading the music ministry at Abney he is also a music teacher in Anderson, SC. Doug has served Abney since September 2007.
